30-day money-back guarantee
Calibrate IQ offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Calibrate Pro. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — you do not need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact us through the support channel in the app and we will pass the request to Paddle for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days once approved.
Free trial and cancellation
Calibrate Pro includes a free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel a subscription at any time from within the app; cancelling stops future renewals and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any statutory cancellation or refund rights you have as a consumer, which are not affected. Paddle's own refund policy also applies to orders placed through Paddle.
